![]() ![]() For most programs, only the latest two versions are available to download and use. ![]() Now the versions available to install and use through the CC app are significantly limited. Until this notice, subscribers to CC were able to install and use versions going as far back as CS 6 - released in 2012. Adobe Customer support informed them that they were no longer licensed to use any versions of the software (not available for download) in the Creative Cloud desktop application. Starting around May 10th, 2019, users of all but the most recent versions of Adobe’s Creative Cloud software began to receive alarming emails. Last week, users of older versions of Adobe Creative Cloud products began receiving emails indicating that they were no longer licensed to use anything but the most recent versions of the software. So, what are the changes, how will it affect you, and what is the cause behind these changes? Adobe is changing what software you can and can’t use. To be sure you're installing the correct versions, we suggest checking our compatibility charts, which you can find for Geographic Imager here. Once you have the required versions of Photoshop installed, you will have to re-install Geographic Imager. ![]() You can also update your installed versions here by clicking on "Update available". If multiple versions of an application are installed, they will be displayed in your "Installed" list on the "All Apps" page. You can then select to install one of these versions. Once you've clicked 'Other Versions', a new screen will display with the latest version and previous versions of the product. Once you've found that, click the three dots beside 'Open'. If you're using Adobe Creative Cloud and would like to use a previous version of Photoshop, there is an easy way to access previous versions.įirst, open your Creative Cloud app, and go to the "All Apps" tab and find the application you'd like to download a previous version for (Photoshop). ![]()
